Welcome to Orient Handcraft. We are committed to delivering authentic Chinese heritage crafts safely and efficiently from our artisans in Changzhou, China to customers worldwide.

1. Shipping Rates

We proudly offer:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $199 USD

  • Flat-rate shipping fee of $20 USD for orders below $199 USD

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

2. Duties & Taxes

We strive to ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever available.

For most destinations:

  • Import duties and taxes are generally included in your order

  • The amount shown at checkout is usually the final amount you pay

  • Additional customs charges are generally not expected

However, customs regulations vary by country, and occasional local charges beyond our control may apply.

3. Processing Time

In-Stock Products

Processing Time:

  • 2–3 business days

Handmade Heritage Crafts

Processing Time:

  • 5–7 business days

Each item undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

Custom Embroidery Products

Production Time:

  • Approximately 40 days after design approval and payment confirmation

This includes:

  • Custom pet portraits

  • Custom horse portraits

  • Custom landscape embroidery

  • Personalized embroidery artwork

Production times may vary slightly depending on design complexity and order volume.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard International Shipping:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Other destinations: varies by region

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, local carriers, or peak-season demand.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or shipping assistance when applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote regions may experience longer delivery times.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be delivered due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations.
